FAQs

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No food or coolers will be permitted past the gate entrance. We advise tailgating before the event if you wish. Umbrellas are permitted but must be closed at 7pm. Fold out and lawn chairs are not permitted but stadium seats and blankets are.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring your printed ticket to the event or pull up your ticket on your phone and we will scan them at the gate.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests will be accepted until October 6th 2018; all money will be refunded. Simply log back in to this registration site and request a refund. Any time after October 6th 2018 a refund request will be denied, this event is rain or shine. If a makeup date you will be notified of that date at the time at that time. please be advised no refunds will be granted after October 6th 2018.

Day of event Tickets - You can buy tickets to our event the day of the show with cash or card, we do not take checks. We recommend buying tickets with cash to help limit long lines. Pre-sale discounts will not be given on any tickets bought on event day. Day of Show tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for Kids.

Weather - We will only stop our event if the weather becomes a safety issue. We will run the show in light to little rain showers. We will delay or hold the show if heavy rain does accrue. If more then half of the show is completed we will consider that a full event. If we are unable to complete more than half of our event we will issue a make up date during that show. We will do our very best to put on the best show possible, but we cannot control weather conditions. If weather prevails we may run our show the next day or a later date.

Coolers & Food – No Food, Coolers or Alcohol is permit inside of the venue. Feel Free to Tailgate before the event.

Seats - This event is General Admission. Seats are always first come first serve. We strongly advise arriving to our events 2 hours before the show starts. We will have music and things to do before our events.

Recommend - We recommend arriving to the show as soon as the gates open. Arriving early will allow you to get the best seats and give the track staff time to get everyone into the show on time. We also highly recommend fans use cash to pay for tickets and any items at our events to conserve time.

RAIN POLICY: This "TOUR OF DESTRUCTION" show is a Rain or Shine special event. We however do reserve the right to delay, cut, adjust or event rain date our show if we feel the safety of fans, drivers and staff is an issue. If we are unable to start or resume our show for unforeseen reasons we will make an announcement.

PIT AREA POLICY: The pits are a restricted area. Spectators are permitted but its recommended the buy GA tickets unless you are with a race team. Persons under the age of 18 are required to have a Minor Release form signed and notarized by both parents before entering the pit area.
