Crystal Dreisbach, fierce solutionary, will talk about innovation, the GreenToGo reusable takeout container service, and how she came to find and develop her gifts as an activist.

Dreisbach is the executive director of Don't Waste Durham, a nonprofit in Durham, NC established in 2013. Its focus is to reduce the amount of trash produced in the community by preventing it in the first place. Dreisbach also invented GreenToGo, a reusable takeout container service which operates in Durham's restaurants. GreenToGo's mission is to disrupt the take-and-trash status quo, and to inspire and proliferate the circular economy everywhere.

Dreisbach has a master's degree in public health and is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, the mother of 2 small boys, and a long-distance runner.
